About this service
Malware doesn't always make itself obvious: some only show ads, some take over your browser, and some target your passwords and data. Typical signs are slowdowns, unexpected windows, changed browser settings and programs you don't recognise.
We first secure your important data, then scan the system with several security tools and remove malicious and unwanted programs. If needed, we refresh the system with a clean installation while keeping your data, and reduce the risk of reinfection with updates, security settings and backups.

Tell us about the problem
Describe your device and the issue through the service request form, by phone, WhatsApp or Viber. A photo or a short video speeds up the first assessment.

We examine the device
You bring the device to our workshop in Tivat, or send it by courier. We find the cause based on measurements, tests and, when needed, opening the device — not on guesswork.

We explain your options
We tell you clearly what is faulty, which solutions are possible, the price and the time needed. Whether to go ahead is entirely your decision.

We repair and test
After your approval we carry out the repair and test the device before handing it back. We explain what we did when you collect it.
Good to know
- If you suspect your files have been encrypted (ransomware), disconnect the computer from the network and contact us.
- If malware is suspected, we recommend changing your email and banking passwords from a clean device.
- Recovering encrypted files is not always possible; the best protection is a regular backup.
Frequently asked questions
Can Macs get viruses too?
Less often, but yes; adware and browser-hijacking extensions in particular also appear on Macs.
Will my data be deleted?
We back up your important data before cleaning. If a clean installation is needed, we discuss it with you first.
Is Windows' built-in protection enough?
When kept up to date, it is usually enough for basic protection. Careful use and regular backups matter as much as security software.
My files were encrypted — can they be recovered?
It depends on the type of ransomware. We examine the case and tell you openly; if you have a backup, restoring from it is the safest way.
