About this service
Laptops are the devices we carry, drop and wear out the most. Screens, batteries, charging ports, hinges and keyboards are the parts that fail most often. In our workshop we diagnose and repair these faults on all laptop brands.
We first examine the device and determine whether the problem can be solved with a simple part replacement or needs board-level repair. Then we explain the options, the price and the timeline clearly. If buying a new device makes more sense than repairing, we tell you that honestly too.

Describe your device and the issue through the service request form, by phone, WhatsApp or Viber. A photo or a short video speeds up the first assessment.

We examine the device
You bring the device to our workshop in Tivat, or send it by courier. We find the cause based on measurements, tests and, when needed, opening the device — not on guesswork.

We explain your options
We tell you clearly what is faulty, which solutions are possible, the price and the time needed. Whether to go ahead is entirely your decision.

We repair and test
After your approval we carry out the repair and test the device before handing it back. We explain what we did when you collect it.
Good to know
- Fixing hinge problems early prevents damage to the screen and the case.
- We don't touch the storage during hardware repairs; still, we recommend backing up important data.
- If the repair cost is close to the value of the device, we say so openly and look at alternatives with you.

My screen is cracked — is only the screen replaced?
In most cases, yes. If the display cable or hinge is also damaged, we tell you during the diagnosis.
I spilled liquid on my laptop — what should I do?
Turn it off immediately, unplug the charger and don't try to switch it on. The sooner liquid damage is examined, the better the chance of saving it.
How long does a repair take?
It depends on the fault and part availability; after the diagnosis we give you a clear timeline.
Is it worth repairing, or should I buy a new one?
We look at your device's age, value and fault and give you an honest recommendation. The decision is yours.
