About this service
Pre-built systems often either make you pay for more than you need or cut corners on the part that matters most. In a custom build the budget goes to the components that really make a difference: the games you play, the software you use and your screen resolution decide.
We first listen to how you will use it and prepare a compatible, balanced parts list. We assemble it with tidy cabling and proper airflow, and hand it over after completing BIOS settings, drivers and stability tests.
On existing systems we solve crashes, overheating and performance problems by testing under load, and carry out upgrades and cooling improvements.

Tell us about the problem
Describe your device and the issue through the service request form, by phone, WhatsApp or Viber. A photo or a short video speeds up the first assessment.

We examine the device
You bring the device to our workshop in Tivat, or send it by courier. We find the cause based on measurements, tests and, when needed, opening the device — not on guesswork.

We explain your options
We tell you clearly what is faulty, which solutions are possible, the price and the time needed. Whether to go ahead is entirely your decision.

We repair and test
After your approval we carry out the repair and test the device before handing it back. We explain what we did when you collect it.

- If you source the parts yourself, we still offer assembly and testing.

A graphics card, SSD or memory upgrade often makes a big difference. We check the compatibility of your current parts and tell you.
Why does my computer shut down in games?
The most common causes are an insufficient power supply, overheating and unstable settings. We test the system under load to find the cause.
