About this service
Accumulated programs, failed updates or a suspected virus can slow a system down and make it unstable. A clean installation often brings the device close to its original speed. And when you buy a new device, moving your data, programs and settings completely takes time and care.
Before the installation we back up your data, install the system cleanly and complete drivers and updates. Then we restore the programs you use, your email accounts and your data, and hand the device over ready to use.

Tell us about the problem
Describe your device and the issue through the service request form, by phone, WhatsApp or Viber. A photo or a short video speeds up the first assessment.

We examine the device
You bring the device to our workshop in Tivat, or send it by courier. We find the cause based on measurements, tests and, when needed, opening the device — not on guesswork.

We explain your options
We tell you clearly what is faulty, which solutions are possible, the price and the time needed. Whether to go ahead is entirely your decision.

We repair and test
After your approval we carry out the repair and test the device before handing it back. We explain what we did when you collect it.
Good to know
- For licensed software, please have your licence details ready.
- We agree on the folders to back up in advance; be sure to mention any important data stored in an unusual location.
- A device that won't start may also have a hardware fault; we check this before the installation.

Will my data be deleted during installation?
A clean installation erases the drive, so we back up your data first and restore it afterwards.
Do I have a Windows licence, and how can I tell?
On most branded computers the licence is tied to the device. We check this before the installation.
Do you move data from my old device to a new one?
Yes. We move data and settings between Macs as well as between Windows computers.
How long does it take?
