About this service
Data loss usually happens unexpectedly: an accidentally deleted folder, a formatted drive, a computer that won't start or a corrupted memory card. Every action taken at this point affects the chance of recovery, so the first step is not to write any more data to the drive.
In our workshop we handle logical data loss (deletion, formatting, corrupted file systems) on hard drives, SSDs, USB flash drives and memory cards, and retrieve data from computers that won't start. We first examine the situation and tell you which data can be recovered and what it will cost before starting.
Drives that are physically damaged, clicking or mechanically faulty may need a clean-room environment. In that case we tell you openly and go through the options with you.
When should you contact us?

- Drive was formatted or partitions disappeared
- Computer won't start but the data inside is needed

What we do
How it works
-
01
Tell us about the problem
Describe your device and the issue through the service request form, by phone, WhatsApp or Viber. A photo or a short video speeds up the first assessment.
-
02
We examine the device
You bring the device to our workshop in Tivat, or send it by courier. We find the cause based on measurements, tests and, when needed, opening the device — not on guesswork.
-
03
We explain your options
We tell you clearly what is faulty, which solutions are possible, the price and the time needed. Whether to go ahead is entirely your decision.
-
04
We repair and test
After your approval we carry out the repair and test the device before handing it back. We explain what we did when you collect it.
Good to know
- As soon as you notice data loss, stop using the drive; writing new files can overwrite the deleted data.
- Don't keep switching on a clicking drive; each start can increase the damage.
- Recovery is not always possible. Before starting, we tell you honestly what can be done.
- Your data is accessed only for the recovery and is never shared with third parties.
Frequently asked questions
Can deleted files be recovered?
If no new data has been written over them, they can be recovered in most cases. The less you use the drive, the better the chance.
Can data be recovered from an SSD?
Recovering deleted data from SSDs is harder because of how they work. We examine the case and tell you openly.
My drive is clicking — what should I do?
Turn it off and don't keep using it. With mechanical faults, every start can increase the damage.
Is my data safe?
We access your data only for the recovery and never share it with third parties.
How do I receive the recovered data?
We copy it to an external drive you bring or, if you prefer, to a new drive.
