About this service
Graphics cards work under high temperatures and power. Over time fans wear out, thermal pads dry and components in the power circuit fail. This leads to artefacts, driver crashes or a card that doesn't work at all.
In our workshop we work on graphics cards from fan and cooling service to power circuit repair, and from BIOS reflashing to board-level diagnosis. We find the cause by measurement and tell you whether a repair is possible and what it costs before starting.

Tell us about the problem
Describe your device and the issue through the service request form, by phone, WhatsApp or Viber. A photo or a short video speeds up the first assessment.

We examine the device
You bring the device to our workshop in Tivat, or send it by courier. We find the cause based on measurements, tests and, when needed, opening the device — not on guesswork.

We explain your options
We tell you clearly what is faulty, which solutions are possible, the price and the time needed. Whether to go ahead is entirely your decision.

We repair and test
After your approval we carry out the repair and test the device before handing it back. We explain what we did when you collect it.
Good to know
- Faults in the graphics chip or memory chips themselves cannot always be repaired; we tell you clearly after the diagnosis.
- A large share of heat-related problems is solved with fan and thermal pad service.
- If the repair cost is close to the card's value, we tell you and discuss alternatives.
Frequently asked questions
Can a graphics card be repaired?
It depends on the cause. Most fan, cooling and power circuit faults can be repaired; with chip faults the options are limited.
What causes artefacts on screen?
It can be heat, a memory fault or a driver problem. We find out which with tests.
Do you work on laptop graphics chips too?
Yes. On laptops the graphics chip is on the logic board; we examine it as part of a board repair.
What does replacing thermal pads do?
Dried pads let the memory and power circuit overheat. Renewing them lowers temperatures and improves stability.
